With that, the Foundation is registered under Sections 12-A and 80-G of the Income Tax Act, providing 50% tax exemption for Indian residents. Donors can make the donation via Paytm wallets, net banking, bank transfers, payment through cheques etc. They will also receive a soft copy receipt to avail deductions while filing their ITR.

In India, as per the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Companies Act of 2013, Section 135 (1), all companies having a stipulated turnover must contribute at least 2% of their net profits towards their Corporate Social Responsibility.
