These words take as much effort as to experience this emotion or feeling. But this is not something experienced by all and even if, then surely the degree varies. For some, it might be perennial but for others, it might be temporary. Nevertheless, this experience cannot be underrated.

But as people say for every hardship and struggle HOPE is the way ahead. There is always a silver lining. For children suffering from Congenital Heart Defects, Genesis Foundation is that ray of HOPE and the silver lining in the cloudy skies that gives these hearts a chance to beat and to be whole again. The foundation that began with a mission of saving these little hearts could not have come so far without the incredible support of our corporate donors.

The treatment of congenital heart defects skilled doctors and the latest medical equipment that confine these surgeries to limited hospitals and lead to high costs. Surgery to correct a congenital heart defect can cost an average of 1.5-6 lakhs. This requires lots of financial support and here the corporate donations make the real difference. These are not just simple financial transactions but a commitment to transforming life, garnering hope and fueling dreams. In India people belonging to underprivileged and marginalized communities cannot bear this financial burden and often end up taking tough decisions. Therefore, Genesis Foundation helps by providing financial support to the families of children earning less than 20,00 per month.

The corporate donors can engage with us in multiple ways and can contribute to this noble cause. They can either make direct contributions to support the heart surgeries of the children, can engage in monthly employee giving programs where the employees can volunteer to be given a fixed portion of their monthly salaries under our programs like ‘Power of 100’ or can also partner with us under Government of India’s CSR initiative. Any amount given forms the part of the pool that ultimately caters to these children in need and thus all contributions are equally valued and much appreciated.
