Rwicha has over 5 years of experience working with non-governmental organisations. She has worked on Programe design, execution, monitoring and evaluation in reputed firms such as SOS Children’s Village and Tata Trusts with Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation, the Government of India. At the Foundation she is a part of the HOPE team working closely with beneficiaries and hospital partners for the treatment of children.
