Rubiya is managing HOPE program at the foundation in North & West regions. She holds a Post Graduation degree in Social Work domain along with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering. She has worked with National Health Mission, on the issue of malnutrition in maternal & new-born cohort, and with Eklavya Model Residential School, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Govt. of India. She has over 5 years of experience in diverse fields ranging from engineering to business operators to social sector.
