Jyoti holds dual postgraduate degrees in Social Work and Political Science. She embarked on her professional journey in 2017 as an intern and later advanced to the role of Program Manager. In 2019, she joined an education-focused NGO as a Zonal Coordinator for the Gurugram region. Her hands-on experience in the education sector and collaborations with multiple organizations for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives to meet children's needs led to her promotion as Assistant Regional Manager, overseeing four zones across India. As her career evolves, Jyoti aims to leverage her skills to assist others and make a meaningful impact on the world. At Genesis Foundation, she is part of the GIVE team and serves as the Fundraising Manager—building and nurturing partnerships that help us save little hearts.}
