  • ‘CEOs Sing for GF Kids’ has always attracted business professionals who outside the corporate world, have a passion for singing and music and volunteer their time for this annual fund-raiser which takes place in three cities across India. V Vaidyanathan

Chairman, Capital First

Mr V Vaidyanathan founded Capital First Ltd, by first acquiring an equity stake in an existing NBFC, changing the business model, and then executing a large Management buyout of the listed company. He has since built it to a large community with over Rs 20,000 crores in assets. He was earlier on the board of ICICI bank and MD of ICICI prudential life insurance company. He is a regular contributor of Financial and Banking matters in India and International forums. He is a regular marathoner and has run 23 marathons including seven full marathons.


Kuldeep Bhartee

Area Manager (West) – ITC Hotels and General Manager - ITC Maratha

Mr. Kuldeep Bhartee is the Area Manager (West) for ITC Hotels & the General Manager at ITC Maratha, Mumbai since April 2016. Prior to his appointment at ITC Maratha, Mr. Bhartee was associated with ITC Grand Central as the General Manager of the hotel. An Alumnus of IHM Mumbai, Mr. Bhartee is also a Certified Hotel Administrator from American Hotel & Lodging Association - USA and a Member of Institute of Hospitality, UK.

Mr. Bhartee started off his career with Indian Hotels Company Ltd. with Taj Mahal Palace & Towers and the Taj Intercontinental, Mumbai. He later moved to Muscat, Oman to work with them internationally. After a brief tenure in Egypt and Germany, he returned to India and joined ITC Hotels in 2000.

During his leisure time, Mr. Bhartee likes to travel and explore new places in India and around the world.

Rajeev Raja

He was ex-National Creative Director of DDB Mudra and is also known as one of India's finest Jazz and Fusion flautists. Brian Tellis

Co-Founder & Group CEO, Fountainhead

In 1995 Brian co-founded Fountainhead Promotions and Events Pvt Ltd. A much-in-demand voice-over exponent, Brian has hosted over 1500 high-profile awards nights and also lent his voice to TV commercials.

When FM first came to India in the early nineties, he was amongst the principal RJs on the leading radio station – Times FM (later Radio Mirchi), and also for other channels including HMV FM, Radio One and Jaago Mumbai. Brian has also founded his very own outfit Radio-Active, a company in the music entertainment space, which has produced programming software for the likes of Times FM and HMV FM in the past. He has also played a pivotal role in the setting up of Jaago Mumbai – a pioneering concept of community radio in India.

Vastly respected for his experience around media circles, Brian has been invited to sit on prestigious jury panels including Cannes!

An influential name in the event management industry, Brian is a founder member of the industry’s pinnacle body EEMA, which represents the interests of its members even at the highest level of Government.


Pankajj Chaturvedi

Pankajj Chaturvedi has vast experience in the Hospitality, Manufacturing and Food Retail Business. Working with Baskin Robbins as the CEO, South Asia operations, he moved to the position of CEO & Executive Director at Rich Gravis Products Pvt. Ltd.

Singing has been his passion since childhood and his album with the living legend Pyarelal Sharmaji is an apt representation of the point that he has been bequeathed with the gift of melody. He was the first runner up on the show CEO’s got talent and won the most popular CEO’s award. Apart from this he has been a part of numerous singing events. He even organized a solo show last year where he paid his tribute to the legendary Kishore Kumar. This show was attended by some eminent personalities of the film industry. Pankajj continues in his endeavor of entertaining the world with his energetic voice.

Mr. Ramesh Iyer is the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited (MMFSL) and is the President – Financial Services Sector and a Member of the Group Executive Board of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited. He has been associated with MMFSL since 1994. He also looks into the operations of Mahindra Finance USA, LLC., which is a U.S. joint venture with De Lage Landen Financial Services Inc., (DLLFS) a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Rabobank Group.

Mr. Iyer is also a Director of various Companies in the Mahindra Group. He is a member of various Committees in the Industry like CII, FICCI, BCCI, FIDC and IMC Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Kerman is General Manager at ITC Grand Central, Mumbai. Mr Lalkaka brings a wealth of hospitality operations and management experience spanning an international career more than 20 years, with brands such as Marriott, Hilton & Radisson. He has held several other executive positions, including Director of Operations, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Social Media. He is currently responsible for overall operations at ITC Grand Central.


Sanjay Tandon

CEO, Music Composers Association of India and Singers Association of India

Sanjay is the CEO of the Music Composers’ Association of India and the Singers’ Association of India. He has been in the Industry for the past 25 years and is well known as the one who started the movement of Music Copyright in India. He was instrumental in strengthening the Indian Performing Right Society Limited, (IPRS) – the Music Royalty Collecting Society of India. It was his relentless fight for the Singers’ Copyright since 1992 that the Singers have now at last got the Right to Royalties for their Performances. He is now also the MD of ISRA-Indian Singers' Rights Association .

Mr. Sanjay Tandon is also a great singer, sings in the voice of Mukesh and has sung under the baton of many legends. He has been conferred with many awards and recognition like the Lata Mangeshkar Award, Rimjhim Madhur Sangeet Puraskar, Rhythm 2003 Award, Sangeet Award – Zee TV, Mukesh Award and several others.


Subhash Kamath

Subhash has been a professional advertising & brand practitioner for 30 years, having worked with global creative agencies like Ogilvy, Grey & Publicis, eventually to become the Group CEO of Bates 141, a WPP company. Subhash then joined BBH as a founding managing partner & CEO in January 2009 and has been busy since then building his dream agency.

Subhash has always loved his music. From Indian classical to popular Hindi music to jazz, blues and classic rock, his music collection is diverse and vast. He is also the lead singer & rhythm guitarist in a retro band called ‘Wanted Yesterday’ .

His favorite quote is one of Bob Marley, who said, “The great thing about music is, when it hits you, you don’t feel any pain.”

Mehmood Curmally

Mehmood, has spent all of his working life in music. After graduating from Sydenham College, Mumbai, he joined the family business – Rhythm House. A music and video retail store which was established in 1947. At a very young age - Mehmood was introduced to various genres of Western music by his father, including Broadway Jazz and both Indian and Western Classical. Though he was never formally trained, his passion has always been for music and singing.
