Genesis Foundation’s Give and Earn More (GEM) programme allows you to give more and earn more karma points. You can join this programme individually or as an organization. We provide critical medical and financial support to children from orphanages or whose family income is less than Rs.5000 (approx USD 100) per month. We work in the area of cancer, heart, organ failure and extreme deformities.

500 staff members give Rs. 100 per month = Rs.50,000
300 staff members give Rs. 200 per month = Rs.60,000
150 staff members give Rs. 300 per month = Rs.45,000

The total of Rs. 155,000 pays for one open heart surgery that can save a child’s life. In 12 months you would have saved the lives of 12 little children. You will be giving life a chance. This is a payroll initiative where the individual and the company come together to save the life of a child who needs critical medical attention.

Corporate staff allocate a monthly deduction from their salary towards the ‘Give and Earn More’ (GEM) karmas programme of Genesis Foundation. The company’s finance or HR department deducts and consolidates the monthly deduction into a single cheque that is donated to Genesis Foundation and our children have a chance to live. Personal SmilesGEM Donations

You can also join the SmilesGEM donation programme as an individual. Many people are at the heart of the success behind some children having had the opportunity to live. Click here to learn more about the children under treatment currently. All donations made in Indian Rupees will receive a receipt on realization of the amount. This will entitle the donor a 50% rebate on the amount donated, as Genesis Foundation is covered under 80G of the Income Tax Act. Click here to know how you can donate.
